Opera Saratoga Launches $25 “NEWCOMER” Tickets to Welcome First-Time Opera Audiences
Saratoga Springs, NY — Opera Saratoga is making it easier than ever for new audiences to experience live opera with the launch of $25 NEWCOMER Tickets, a special initiative designed for people attending their very first opera performance.
The NEWCOMER Ticket program offers first-time opera-goers the opportunity to attend select performances during Opera Saratoga’s season for just $25, lowering barriers and inviting more people to discover the excitement, storytelling, and artistry of live opera.
“Opera is for everyone, but we know attending for the first time can sometimes feel intimidating,” said Mary Birnbaum, General and Artistic Director at Opera Saratoga. “With our $25 Newcomer Tickets, we want to make it simple, affordable, and welcoming for anyone who’s curious about experiencing opera live.”
The initiative is part of Opera Saratoga’s ongoing commitment to expanding access and building new audiences for the art form. By offering deeply discounted tickets specifically for first-time attendees, the company hopes to encourage curious newcomers to step into the theater and experience opera in a relaxed and accessible way.
Patrons who have never attended an Opera Saratoga performance are eligible to purchase Newcomer Tickets to The Elixir of Love, My Fair Lady and Happy End for $25, available while supplies last.
NEWCOMER Tickets can be purchased online at atuph.org with the code NEWCOMER.
