Ticket delivery

Paperless and traditional tickets for events occurring before Jan 12, 2026 are available for printing at time of sale. Some restrictions may apply based on the delivery rules of the touring productions. Tickets for performances occurring after Jan. 12 will be made available for printing once the new system has been installed mid-January, provided no tickets have an additional delayed delivery policy.

By default, all patrons are enrolled in our paperless ticketing program. Paperless tickets are available for download via your home page. The Box Office will also deliver any paperless tickets not yet marked as printed or downloaded via email the week of each scheduled performance.

For patrons who have opted out of paperless ticketing, traditional tickets are available to print upon request. Will call tickets are not pre-printed, but rather on demand upon arrival at the Box Office.

We do not mail tickets.

*Some select shows may request an additional delay in order to reduce illegitimate third party resellers. Learn more.

All shows will be subject to a ticket delivery delay. Electronic tickets (the default delivery option for all orders) will be emailed seven days* before each scheduled performance. At this time, electronic tickets will also become available in your online account.

For each order, you may choose to override the electronic delivery default option and select “Hold at the Box Office.” In this case, traditionally printed tickets can be picked up at the venue’s Box Office starting seven days prior your scheduled performance. Please note that printed tickets are subject to an additional fee and will not be accessible via your online account.

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES; ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL

Proctors prides itself on offering a diverse selection of arts and entertainment. Not all productions may appeal to, or be appropriate for, every person or for all ages. Patrons are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the shows we offer in order to make informed decisions.

Events, dates, times, and prices are subject to change. No retroactive discounts will be permitted. Patrons who choose not to attend a performance, despite adverse weather conditions, will not be eligible for ticket refunds or credit.

Some exceptions apply for subscribers and qualifying donors.

EVERY PERSON, REGARDLESS OF AGE, MUST HAVE A TICKET

Each person, REGARDLESS OF AGE, must have a valid ticket to enter a performance. (NO EXCEPTIONS). A ticket is a revocable license valid only for the event and seat printed on it. Management may, without refund, revoke this license or refuse admission for unlawful sale, attempted resale, or for disorderly conduct.

TICKET PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME

This is called dynamic or variable pricing. All patrons are responsible for the full ticket value at the time of sale or exchange. Any eligible discounts will be applied to the current ticket value.
