CHECK YOUR TICKETS
Check your tickets carefully for the correct date, time, and seat location. Tickets by Proctors is not responsible for errors not reported within 24 hours of receipt.

TICKETING AND SERVICE FEES
Processing Fee (based on order total*)
- 16% of order total (24% of order total on select concert events)
- Discount of 9% of order total on subscription orders
- Discount of 1% of order total for orders processed online
- Discount of 1% of order total for e-tickets
Example 1: An online non-subscription order with e-ticket delivery will incur a 14% fee.
Example 2: A subscription order processed by phone with paper tickets will incur a 7% fee.
*The order total used for all processing fees excludes the value of donations and School of the Performing Arts tickets.
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES; ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL
Events, dates, times and prices are subject to change. No retroactive discounts will be permitted. Patrons who choose not to attend a performance, despite adverse weather conditions, will not be eligible for ticket refunds or credit.
Some exceptions apply for subscribers and qualifying donors.
EVERY PERSON, REGARDLESS OF AGE, MUST HAVE A TICKET
Each person, REGARDLESS OF AGE, must have a valid ticket to enter a performance. (NO EXCEPTIONS). A ticket is a revocable license valid only for the event and seat printed on it. Management may, without refund, revoke this license or refuse admission for unlawful sale, attempted resale, or for disorderly conduct.
TICKET PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME
This is called dynamic or variable pricing. All patrons are responsible for the full ticket value at the time of sale or exchange. Any eligible discounts will be applied to the current ticket value.
A TICKET IS A LICENSE
In the interest of preserving affordable ticket prices for all patrons:
- Proctors is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties.
- We reserve the right to refuse to sell tickets to identified ticket brokers and third-party resellers.
- We reserve the right to revoke any tickets sold to identified ticket brokers and third-party resellers through a full refund at face value. Anyone holding a revoked ticket will not be allowed in the theatre.
- Proctors is not able to verify the authenticity of tickets purchased through third parties.

COLLABORATIVE SCHOOL OF THE ARTS CANCELLATION POLICY
- Any cancellations or changes by an enrollee made more than two months prior to the first day of a Collaborative School of the Arts (CSOA) program (masterclasses, weekly classes, vacation camps, and summer camps) will be fully refunded. Any cancellation made between two and one month prior will receive a 50% refund. CSOA will not be able to grant refunds to cancellations made less than one month before the start of a program.
- The School of the Performing Arts reserves the right to cancel a program no less than two weeks prior to its start if minimal enrollment is not achieved. In the event that the CSOA cancels a program, families will be contacted and a full refund will be offered. CSOA also reserves the right to combine programs, change teachers, or extend the ages of the participants at its discretion.
PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY STATEMENT
Proctors prides itself on offering a diverse selection of arts and entertainment. Not all productions may appeal to, or be appropriate for, every person or for all ages. Patrons are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the shows we offer in order to make informed decisions.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift Certificates are redeemable in person at the Box Office, over the phone and online. Gift certificates are not redeemable at Apostrophe cafe, at our concessions and bars, or at the Gift Shop.
PRIVACY POLICY
Tickets by Proctors does not sell or exchange any information provided on this website. We will keep all information confidential. Read the entire privacy policy.
Guest Policies and Services
ACCESSIBILITY SERVICES
- To best assist patrons with accessibility needs (wheelchairs, alternative seating, hearing devices, service animals etc.) please contact the Box Office at 518•346•6204 or email info@proctors.org and describe the need(s) at the time of purchase.
CAMERAS, AUDIO, VISUAL RECORDING EQUIPMENT
Cameras and all other audio and visual recording equipment, including cell phone cameras, are STRICTLY prohibited inside the theatre.
CHILDREN
- Booster seats are available at the Accessibility Desk on a first-come, first-served basis.
- We ask that children under 6 the age of six not attend Capital Repertory Theatre MainStage performances unless prior arrangements are made with our management team.
- All guests, including lap children, must have a ticket.
LATECOMERS MIGHT NOT BE ADMITTED
Latecomers may not be admitted after the performance begins and could be seated in an alternate location. Per the producers’ request, seating may be delayed until a suitable break or intermission.
SMOKING and vaping are NOT PERMITTED IN ANY OF OUR BUILDINGS

Safety and Security
For the safety and enjoyment of all patrons while at Proctors Collaborative venues, please observe the following restrictions and prohibited items:
- We do not allow oversized bags or backpacks in our theaters. All bags, cases, and containers are subject to search.
- We do not allow firearms, knives, clubs, stun guns, pepper spray, or other weapons or incendiary devices, including fireworks, in any of our buildings.
- Only food, beverage, and alcohol items purchased at Proctors are allowed in our theaters.
- We are a smoke-free and vape-free building.
- We do not allow helium balloons, beach balls, or other items that may be tossed or thrown.
- We only allow service animals as recognized by the ADA.
- Irresponsible drinking or behavior, including solicitation of services or money, will not be tolerated. Nor will physical or verbal abuse to Proctors Collaborative staff, patrons, or performers.
- Excessive noise, movements, or actions deemed a distraction to staff, patrons, or performers, including the blocking of doors or hallways, is prohibited.
- As part of our security procedures, metal detectors are in use. If you are unable to pass through a metal detector, please notify a member of our security team for assistance.
Refusal to adhere to any of the above restrictions may result in your removal or police action without a refund of your ticket.
