ACCESSIBILITY SERVICES

  • To best assist patrons with accessibility needs (wheelchairs, alternative seating, hearing devices, service animals etc.) please contact the Box Office at (518) 346-6204 or email info@proctors.org and describe the need(s) at the time of purchase.

CAMERAS, AUDIO, VISUAL RECORDING EQUIPMENT

Cameras and all other audio and visual recording equipment, including cell phone cameras, are STRICTLY prohibited inside the theatre.

CHILDREN

  • Booster seats are available at the Accessibility Desk on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • We ask that children under the age of six not attend performances on the MainStage of Capital Repertory Theatre. MainStage performances unless prior arrangements are made with our management team.
  • All guests, including young children and babies, must have a ticket regardless of sitting in a seat, in a carrier, or on a lap.

LATECOMERS MIGHT NOT BE ADMITTED

Latecomers may not be admitted after the performance begins and could be seated in an alternate location. Per the producers’ request, seating may be delayed until a suitable break or intermission.

SMOKING AND VAPING ARE NOT PERMITTED IN ANY OF OUR BUILDINGS
