What to Do in Schenectady This Spring
When the snow thaws, the shoes hit the concrete on State Street in Schenectady. The hustle and bustle come alive with community events and patrons dressing restaurant windows and area businesses.
Community Events
Join us for the 10th Annual Capital Region Wine Festival on Saturday, March 24, kicking off Spring inside Proctors with bubbly refreshments and local food.
Bring your friends and sample a wide variety of wines while enjoying food samples and an assortment of vendors.
Eat & Drink
Enjoy the spring view from The Water’s Edge Lighthouse Restaurant. Fine dining on a seasonal waterfront patio is perfect for the warming weather. Just a minute drive from Downtown Schenectady, The Water’s Edge Lighthouse Restaurant is a local favorite.
Savor a delicious seasonal iced beverage at our own Apostrophe Café. Conveniently located in Robb Alley near the Proctors Box Office, it is open 7 days a week (excluding major holidays). The café opens at 8 a.m. daily; closing times vary but it is generally open before, during and after all shows.
