Historic numbers for Key Private Bank Broadway Series and theREP

SCHENECTADY, N.Y.—SEPT. 10, 2018—Proctors and Capital Repertory Theatre have sold out subscriptions for the 2018–2019 Key Private Bank Broadway Series at Proctors and the 2018–2019 Season at theREP.

Capped at 15,000, the last subscription was sold earlier today. For Proctors, the figure of nearly 12,000 subscriptions almost doubles the previous record, set in 2017–2018.

Prime single tickets for all shows at both venues are or will be available.

The 2018–2019 Key Private Bank Broadway Series includes Anastasia (Oct. 9–14), A Bronx Tale (Oct. 23–28), School of Rock (Feb. 5–10), Roald Dahl’s Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (Feb. 26–March 3), Waitress (June 11–16) and Hamilton (Aug. 13–25).

Remaining shows in the 2018–2019 Season at theREP include The Royale (Sept. 21–Oct. 14), Miss Bennet: Christmas at Pemberley (Nov 23–Dec. 23), Red Maple (Jan. 25–Feb. 17) and Shakespeare in Love (April 5–May 12).

All Proctors subscribers chose one additional show at theREP; all Capital Repertory Theatre subscribers will receive a Hamilton ticket as part of their package.

“Hamilton has certainly been the driver,” says Proctors Collaborative CEO Philip Morris, “but this is also one of strongest seasons ever. Proctors has become a serious destination for touring Broadway and Schenectady is considered for every major tour.”

“We tech a show every season—this time it’s Anastasia—and we are continually improving both the theatre and the Proctors experience. I’m not surprised we sold out at all.”

Single tickets to Anastasia, A Bronx Tale and Roald Dahl’s Charlie and the Chocolate Factory are already on sale, along with all shows at theREP. Tickets to other shows in the Key Private Bank Broadway Series will be become available later in the season.
