We’ve upgraded our facilities for your safety 

All Proctors Collaborative facilities – at Proctors in Schenectady, Capital Repertory Theatre in Albany and at Universal Preservation Hall in Saratoga Springs – have had air handling systems upgraded to MERV-13 filtration while also providing  a fixed 35 percent rate of exchange of fresh outside air, ensuring our indoor environments are as safe as possible. 

Notes for ALL ticket holders 

Due to the unpredictable nature of our current health crisis, all policies are subject to change at any time without advanced notice. Please refer back to this page for updates prior to your show.  

Refunds may be available if you need to exchange or return your tickets for health and safety reasons. Our policy is here.  

Note that seated theatrical performances scheduled through Nov. 15, 2021 require those who enter Proctors, Universal Preservation Hall and Capital Repertory theatre to wear a mask AND be vaccinated; this impacts only ticket holders to shows identified under the policy listed below. Again, policies are subject to change at any time without notice.  

Effective immediately. we will accept medical exemptions for patrons 12 and over. A patron with a medical exemption will need to arrive to the theatre with (a) a letter from their doctor stating that they have a medication condition which exempts them from vaccine eligibility, (b) proof of negative COVID test result taken within the 72 hours prior, and (c) proof of identification.

All patrons must wear masks in our buildings 

All patrons regardless of vaccination status must wear a mask at all times while in any of our facilities: Capital Repertory Theatre (Albany), Proctors (Schenectady) and Universal Preservation Hall (Saratoga Springs).  
  
We require that all ticketholders 12 years old and older show proof of full COVID vaccination for entry to these events. Please note: 
 

  • A fully vaccinated individual’s last dose must have been administered at least 14 days before the event.  
  • Patrons must bring a photo ID AND one of the following to gain admittance: a physical vaccination card OR a photograph of vaccination card OR a digital vaccination record (ie. Excelsior Pass). 

In addition: All patrons, regardless of age, are required to wear masks inside the theatres at all times.  

If show or event is not listed the protocol is as follows: All patrons will need to be fully vaccinated and also wear a mask at all times while in the building.
