Celebrate the 10th annual Shaken & Stirred fundraiser

Be a part of the effort to support family programming at UPH

SARATOGA—The hottest party of the year is back! It’s the 10th year of Shaken & Stirred, the celebrity bartending competition. 10 years of fun, 10 years of supporting Universal Preservation Hall. Join the party 5:30 p.m. Thursday, May 15 at Saratoga National Golf Course.

“This is one of the most important events of the year for UPH,” said Director Teddy Foster. “Preparations are underway to make this Shaken & Stirred the biggest and best one yet!”

Make a difference in the Saratoga community—one drink at a time! And as always, there’s no cover charge. Area businesses compete to earn the most tips and bragging rights until next year. All proceeds go towards expanding family programming at UPH and supporting students through the Collaborative School of the Arts programs such as Rock Camp, On-the-Go tours and student matinees.

The Collaborative School provides extensive performing arts opportunities with instruction by regional and national professionals. Its programs inspire and cultivate career paths for students in creative fields. When you support Shaken & Stirred, you make sure tuition assistance is available to students across all our programs.

Last year, Team DeCrescente took home the Shaken trophy by raising more than $26,000 for the event. In total, the fundraiser brought in a record-breaking $100,000 in tips and event sponsorships. Can you help raise more this year?

“People love attending because this event kicks off the summer party season in Saratoga,” Foster added.

The party started in 2012—with a few years paused during the pandemic. It was the brainchild of Foster and four Board members: Beth Smith, Todd LaRoche, Wally Allerdice and Andrew Meader to help support the ongoing operations of UPH.

Now, the fundraiser is a major part of expanding of what UPH offers to children across Saratoga. Raise your glass and be a part of this impactful effort this year 5:30 p.m., Thursday, May 15, at Saratoga National Golf Course.
