Proctors Announces New Arcade Marquee and Gala Headliner

On Tuesday, Oct. 13, Proctors announced the addition of a brand new Arcade Marquee, the kick off to the 2026-27 with “BOOP! The Musical,” and the headliner for Proctors Centennial Celebration — A Benefit Gala March 4.

For one extraordinary night, every corner of Proctors comes alive as we celebrate the first 100 years of our historic theatre and look ahead to the next century of arts, entertainment, and community impact. This landmark Centennial Celebration is a full-building takeover unlike anything in Proctors history.

The evening begins with a pre-show dinner and live entertainment in Key Hall, continues with an exclusive benefit concert featuring Sara Bareilles on the MainStage, and concludes with a post-show celebration in the GE Theatre complete with music, dancing, and surprises throughout the venue. From curtain up to the final toast, guests will experience Proctors in a way that’s never been possible before, utilizing every major space in our historic theatre for a night dedicated to honoring our past and launching our future.

The new Arcade Marquee is made possible by GNH Lumber & Home, the Schenectady Metroplex Development Authority, and the Collaborative Scene Shop.
